What's in Settings
A map of Settings' six tabs, from your profile and units to security, notifications, your plan, and your data.
Updated
Open Settings from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, or press G then S. Every setting saves as you change it, with no Save button, so nothing is lost by leaving the page.
The Tabs
| Tab | What’s there |
|---|---|
| General | Your profile (name, photo, date of birth, and sex); your language, region, time zone, and first day of the week; and the calculations’ BMR Formula and Age Updates. See Change Your Name, Photo, and Profile. |
| Security | The email you sign in with, changing your password, and two-factor authentication. See Change or Reset Your Password and Turn On Two-Factor Authentication. |
| Units | The units each kind of measurement is shown in, by area, and your currency. See Change the Units Kaizora Shows. |
| Notifications | Which notifications you get, and whether your computer shows them while Kaizora is open. See Choose Your Notifications. |
| Plan | Kaizora Plus: what it adds, your trial, and billing. See What Kaizora Plus Adds. |
| Privacy and Data | Location tracking on this device, consent for the AI overview, exporting your data, and deleting your account. See Your Data and Privacy. |
Each tab has its own address, so a link can open the one it’s about. Search finds each by name, such as Unit Settings.
A Setting That Follows the Device
A setting left to System, such as your language or time zone, follows the device you’re on, and names what it resolves to, such as “System (English)”.
The Theme
The theme isn’t in Settings: light, dark, or the device’s theme is chosen in the account menu, under Theme, or by searching for “theme”, and is kept on each device, so your phone and your computer can differ.
A Metric’s Own Settings
A metric’s page has the settings that touch it in its … menu at the top right, after Export data, such as its display unit or the BMR formula, as a shortcut to the same settings here.
