Questions No Single App Can Answer
When your sleep, workouts, blood pressure, and spending live in separate apps, the questions that span them go unanswered. In one history, they line up by time.
Do you sleep better on days you exercise?
How has your blood pressure changed over a decade?
Are you spending more than you earn?
Correlations puts up to five metrics on one chart, by day, week, or month. Discover, part of Kaizora Plus, ranks every pair of your metrics by how strongly they move together, including a few days apart.
Five Areas, One History
Hundreds of metrics, grouped where you’d look for them. Each area opens on its most useful chart, then what’s changing and what’s out of range.
Health
Body, vitals, sleep, hearing, wellbeing, symptoms, the menstrual cycle, and labs: from weight and blood pressure to sleep stages, audiograms, and lab results with the range your lab printed.
Nutrition
Every food you eat, with up to about 80 nutrients, chosen from USDA FoodData Central or your own foods, or imported from Cronometer.
Activity
Workouts and sessions, strength training set by set, benchmark tests such as VO₂ max and grip strength, and where your hours go.
Location
Where you’ve been, day by day, the air you breathed there, and your time at home, at work, and in each country.
Money
Income, spending, and net worth across your accounts and currencies, beside everything else you track.
Every Metric Exactly Defined
Two numbers that measure different things are two metrics, so a chart never mixes them. Some examples:
Every value also says where it came from (typed in, imported, or calculated) and which device measured it.
Private by Construction
One account is one person, and the database itself enforces it.
Only You Can Read It
Row-level security limits every table to its owner, so no request reaches another person’s rows, whatever the app asks for.
Files Stay on Your Device
Imports are read on your device, and only the rows they hold are saved. The file itself is never uploaded.
No Ads, No Analytics
The app has no ads, trackers, or analytics, and your data is never sold.
Yours to Take
Export everything as CSV files, free, at any time, or delete your account and every row with it.
Bring What You Already Have
Years of history arrive as the files these services let you download. Each is read on your device, even a multi-gigabyte Apple Health export, and importing a newer file updates what you have instead of duplicating it.
Vitals, sleep with its stages, workouts, steps, nutrition, cycle data, ECGs, audiograms, and more, from your iPhone’s export
Body composition, blood pressure, and more, from your Withings data export
Foods eaten, with their nutrients
CO₂, temperature, humidity, and air pressure from the Aranet Home app’s export
Transactions from your bank’s CSV files, in any layout
Events from any calendar that exports iCalendar (.ics), repeats included
Your location history, from Timeline’s export
Where and when each photo was taken, read on your device: the photos themselves are never uploaded
Coming soon: a live connection to Withings that syncs every hour.
Questions
No. Kaizora helps you keep track of your own data. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anything, and its ranges and flags aren’t medical advice. Talk to a health professional about your results.
Only you, through the app. Every row belongs to one account, and the database refuses anyone else’s reads and writes. Your data isn’t end-to-end encrypted, so the people who run Kaizora could reach it, for example to fix a problem; the Privacy and Security page explains who can access what. Your data is never sold.
Today Kaizora imports files from Apple Health (which gathers data from many devices and apps), Withings, Cronometer, Aranet4 monitors, Google Maps Timeline, calendars, and banks’ CSV statements, and reads where your photos were taken. A live connection to Withings, syncing every hour, is coming. Anything else you can log by hand.
Kaizora runs in your browser on phones, tablets, and computers, and can be installed from the browser as an app of its own. Desktop, iPhone, and Android apps are coming.
The app is in English, French, and Spanish, and this site in English and French. Units follow your region, and you can choose your own for each kind of quantity.
Yes. Export everything you’ve logged and imported from Settings, for free: a ZIP with a CSV file per table. You can also delete anything you logged yourself, or everything one source brought in. And you can delete your whole account from Settings, for free.
