Change or Reset Your Password
Change your password in Settings, reset it by email if you've forgotten it, and where to see the email you sign in with.
Updated
Change Your Password
- Open Settings, then the Security tab.
- Under Password, choose Change password.
- Type your Current Password, then your New Password twice.
- Choose Change password.
Choose one you use nowhere else. If Kaizora says “Choose a stronger password”, make it longer.
Reset a Forgotten Password
- On the Sign In page, choose Forgot your password?
- Type your email and choose Send link.
- Open the link in the email, on the same device, type a New Password, and choose Save password.
The email comes only if an account uses that address; check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive. A link works once and expires: if it says “This link has expired or was already used”, ask for a new one.
With two-factor authentication on, a reset link stops at a code from your authenticator app before anything opens, so your email alone can’t open your account.
The Email You Sign In With
It’s shown on the Security tab, under Account. It’s also where reset links go. It can’t be changed in the app; to change it, write to Kaizora’s support.
