What Home Shows
What each section of Home is for, from your first steps to your favorites, what's out of range, your habits, Trends, and the AI overview.
Updated
Home is the page that says how you’re doing. It builds itself from your data: each section is headed above its cards, and one with nothing to show stays hidden, apart from the AI overview, which offers to write your first.
Get Started
A new account’s first steps: log a first value, connect a data source, add a first habit, add a place, add a device, and track your location on this device. Each step leads to where it’s done and disappears once it is, and the section goes with the last one.
Favorites
The metrics you’ve starred, as cards in the order you added them, each with its latest value and its last 30 days drawn small. See Add a Metric or a Food to Your Favorites.
Out of Range
A card for every metric whose latest value is outside a reference range, most severe first, each with its latest value, when it was measured, such as “Today, 8:14 AM”, and its severity. Choose a card to open the metric’s page.
Habits
Every habit as one heatmap of its last four weeks, with its current streak. See habits opens the Habits page. The section appears once you have a habit; until then, Get Started offers to add your first.
Trends
The metrics that changed more than they usually do, such as weight down over the last 7 days. They appear area by area as they’re worked out. See What Trends Tell You.
AI Overview
With Kaizora Plus, a short overview of your last 30 days written by Claude, once you agree to send it a summary of your numbers. See Get an AI Overview of Your Data.
