Get an AI Overview of Your Data

Ask Claude for a short written overview of your last 30 days, what it's sent to write it, and how to withdraw your consent.

Updated

The AI Overview, part of Kaizora Plus, is a short summary of your last 30 days, written by Claude, Anthropic’s AI, from a summary of your numbers: what changed, what’s out of range, how your habits went, and what might be worth a look.

Write Your First Overview

  1. On Home, find AI Overview and choose Write overview.
  2. Read what’s sent, in Send a summary of your data to Anthropic?, and choose Agree and write overview.

Nothing is sent until you agree. The overview appears on Home under What Changed, Out of Range, Habits, and Worth a Look, with when it was written.

Refresh It

Choose Refresh for a new one. An overview can be written at most once every 12 hours; Home says when you can next refresh it.

What’s Sent, and What Isn’t

To write it, Kaizora sends Anthropic a summary of your last 60 days: the names and units of the metrics you track, their latest values and dates, their 30-day averages and days out of range, your habits’ targets and streaks, and the correlations Discover finds.

It doesn’t send your name, notes, places, locations, devices, or anything else you typed. Your menstrual cycle and other reproductive health data are never part of it.

Anthropic doesn’t train its models on it, and deletes it within 30 days, unless the law requires keeping it longer or it’s flagged as breaking Anthropic’s usage policy, which it can then keep for up to 2 years. Kaizora keeps the overviews written for you.

Open Settings, then Privacy and Data, and under AI Overview choose Withdraw consent. Nothing more is sent.

Read It With Care

An overview is written by AI from your numbers: it can be wrong, and it isn’t medical advice. Things that change together don’t show that one causes the other.
