Export Your Data
Download everything you've logged and imported as a ZIP of CSV files, free, at any time, or export one table as CSV or JSON.

Export Everything
- Open Settings, then the Privacy and Data tab. Or search for Export your data….
- Under Export Your Data, choose Download export.
- Wait while it gathers your rows; the count shows as it goes. The ZIP downloads when it’s done.
The ZIP holds a CSV file for each kind of entry: everything you’ve logged and imported, with your accounts, devices, places, habits, reference ranges, and favorites, your profile photo, and a manifest.json saying what each file holds. CSV files open in any spreadsheet app.
Values are as Kaizora stores them, in each metric’s standard unit, with the unit in the column’s name, such as protein_g for grams of protein. Money stays in its own currency.
Export One Table
To take only part of your data, such as your weights or one account’s transactions:
- Open the metric’s page, or a page’s Data page with one type picked. See Find, Fix, and Export Entries in a Table.
- Open the … menu at the top right and choose Export data.
- Choose CSV or JSON.
It exports every row the table lists, at any size.
